Students For Seniors is a volunteer group in Bancroft, Ontario organized by N.H.H.S. student Brandon Bay in 2005.

After he and his brothers spent many hours assisting their neighbour in day-to-day tasks because of her immobility, he saw a need to initiate a program to help other  shut-in Seniors.

Many other students jumped at the opportunity to volunteer their time conversing, playing games or helping with simple tasks like writing Christmas cards or making crafts.

More of an fun-based program, they do not perform chores such as yard maintenance or cleaning. They just enjoy each others company for a couple of hours a week.
