Gary
Founder and backbone of the business. Many suspect he is actually a computer himself due to his ability to correct a problem simply by being in proximity to the computer. Sometimes his "children" just miss him and act up until they're brought in for a visit.
His 80+ hour workweek starts very early so he can service equipment in time for morning pick-ups and track down deals to pass on to customers. Once the door is opened, he dedicates the remainder of the day to sales until closing time when he resumes his servicing & research roles.
Not a salesman by trade, his unusual policy of refusing to sell a client more than they actually need has many a head shaking in dismay as they put money back into their wallet.
